Los d\u00edas lunes 6 y martes 7 de octubre se llev\u00f3 a cabo una actividad dirigida a los segundos medios C y D, enfocada en la promoci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n de la salud mental.<\/div>\n

A trav\u00e9s de una metodolog\u00eda participativa y un di\u00e1logo reflexivo, los estudiantes pudieron conversar acerca de qu\u00e9 es la salud mental, qu\u00e9 factores pueden afectarla, c\u00f3mo cuidarla y cu\u00e1ndo es importante pedir ayuda.<\/div>\n

La jornada finaliz\u00f3 con la aplicaci\u00f3n del cuestionario PHQ-9 para adolescentes, una herramienta breve que permite identificar se\u00f1ales tempranas de malestar emocional y pesquisar posibles problem\u00e1ticas para su derivaci\u00f3n oportuna al CESFAM correspondiente.<\/div>\n

La actividad fue organizada por la dupla psicosocial y la orientadora del ciclo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
