Sin embargo, la idea matriz que dio origen a esta instituci\u00f3n ha permanecido inalterable: ofrecer un servicio educativo de calidad a los habitantes de Talcahuano y sus comunas vecinas, basado en los valores del laicismo. Este principio busca formar personas integrales que contribuyan activamente a la sociedad, sin importar el \u00e1mbito en el que se desarrollen profesional o personalmente.
