En ella participaron docentes y asistentes, la cual se desarroll\u00f3 en distintas etapas.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">La jornada comenz\u00f3 con la formaci\u00f3n de grupos integrados por profesores y asistentes de diversas \u00e1reas, reflexionando sobre situaciones complejas y debatiendo estrategias de intervenci\u00f3n. Luego, se analiz\u00f3 el rol institucional, destacando el proceso educativo y la convivencia escolar. Posteriormente, se trabaj\u00f3 en departamentos para examinar aspectos relacionados con los estudiantes y el establecimiento, elaborando planificaciones basadas en mejoras.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se utiliz\u00f3 material preparado espec\u00edficamente para facilitar el establecimiento de indicadores, planes de acci\u00f3n y m\u00e9todos de trabajo en \u00e1reas cr\u00edticas como el proceso educativo, la convivencia escolar y la gesti\u00f3n.
